Sports Event Web Parts

The main Web Parts used in the Sports Event demo include:

Workflow Navigation by Date Web Part

Workflow Navigation by Date Web Part

The dates shown in the web part can be customized by selecting a Start Date and End Date in the properties. Workflows displayed in the web part are selected by the workflow name and sorted by the date field.

Workflow Display in Cells Web Part

shows the Web Part in edit mode and the Properties that may be edited in Content Management.

This web part produces table that is perfect for insertion into an “Events” web page – be it for sports or business. CSS Classes are used to stylize the control to how you want it to appear in your web page.
Like the Workflow Navigation by Date Web Part, this web part also used the Workflow Name and Date Field to select the workflow displayed and to sort the order of the workflows. In additional the month to display is displayed using the Start Date and End Date properties.

This web part produces table that is perfect for insertion into the home web page – be it for sports or business. CSS Classes are used to stylize the control to how you want it to appear in your web page. Because it is data-driven, it is always up to date.
The Edit properties are similar to the Events Display in Cells. Additional properties are included to display the Header and Body fields in the web part.
