Business Events

Every group has meetings- call them “get togethers”, pub crawls, networking sessions, whatever – they are just another word for meetings.
Every group is always looking for new blood to join their group and to inspire new thoughts.
Finally, every group wants to avoid unnecessary schedule conflicts with other events – that’s why most groups will pick a regular date to get together – e.g. every Wednesday, every first Monday of every month, etc.
Jetfire makes it easy to design a business event – track what you are interested in and display information to you group that is relevant.
The Business Event is an example of how this can be done. There are three web pages:

Events – displays the Business Events using the Workflow Cell Display Part
Event Summary – displays a summary of the Business Events using the Workflow Summary Display Part
Events Editor – provides an editor for the Business Events using:

Workflows By Date Part – displays the Business Events by date
Namespaces Navigation Part – Displays the Workflow Classes of the Jetfire Business Events namespace. Click the Business Event link to create a workflow that is shown in the Workflows by Date Part.
Workflow Edit Part – Displays the DVD in edit mode and displays the commands for the DVD workflow.
(optional) Bulk Import Part – useful to import Business Events from an Excel Spreadsheet.
